In 2006, Schneider Electric acquired Clipsal and add it into the portfolio with more than 100 brands. Clipsal Vietnam Factory was established in 1996 and now is located in Bien Hoa Industrial Zone I with more than 500 employees. We’re looking for the qualified candidates for below positions
1. PROCESS ENGINEER
Main responsibilities:
– To design Manufacturing processes in compliance to LEAN concepts
– To ensure Manufacturing in trouble-shooting and analysis of issues
– To ensure Continuous Improvement of Processes with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing projects
– To deploy SPS(Schneider Production System) Deployment for the site
– To deploy & coach shop floor on lean manufacturing best practices
2. PRODUCT ENGINEER
Main responsibilities:
– Be responsible related for modification stamping die to ensure its best performance in relation with Product Development Department and also quality of products.
– Support product transfer as: Material Specification of raw material, design and qualification of packaging, qualify metal part and its drawing, trial run product transfer and new product.
– In relation with Product Development Department to carry out all the modifications on the products and also parts to ensure its best performance.
Requirement for position 1 & 2
– Industrial Engineering or Electro-Mechanical , Industrial System Engineering Background is preferable
– Knowledge on the electro-mechanical
– Knowledge of Autocad is advantage
– Aware of the Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma are advantage
– Use fluently computer, AutoCAD and Corel as mandatory
– Good at Oral and written English
3. QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
Main responsibilities:
– To analysis root cause when received issues from inspection production team. Take a correctly and immediately action to solve daily quality issues to meet KPI.
– To cooperate with ME engineers, maintenance and production team to fix daily quality issues.
– To ensure that all the activities have to be in line with SPS requirements.
Requirement
– University degree, Mechanical, Electrical or molding technical is required
– Ability to analyze problems and find solutions. And ability to aggregate a group (ME, MFG, ...) to solving problem.
– Can read and understand part drawing. And has knowledge about molding technical and chemistry.
– Good computer and software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, CAD, and more).
– Good at Oral and written English
4. TEMP. ACCOUNTANT (3 months)
Main responsibilities:
– Accounting document filling
– Support in report, payable, cash
Requirement
– Fresh graduated major in Accounting, Finance
– Basic English and computer software
5. MANUFACTURING SENIOR SUPERVISOR
Main responsibilities:
– Responsible for management of all factory's production.
– To drive continuous improvement & resources optimization at the shop floor
– To ensure a safety environment for all employees at shop floor
Requirement
– Knowledge on the electro-mechanical / electricity
– Knowledge of Autocad / Coreldraw …
– Good at MS software, esp Excel
– Trained in Lean / Six sigma methodology
– Fluent in oral and written English.
– Over 30 years old.
6. METHOD ENGINEERING MANAGER
Main responsibilities:
– Fully responsible for Method Engineering of the company including improvement of processes and ensure the good operation of equipment and facilities
– Responsible for the Environment and Safety programs of Method Engineering department
– Lead the deployment of Schneider Production System (all domains People Commitment, Product/Process engineering and Management of Industrial and Logistic Processes).
– Implement the “continuous improvement” culture through Value Stream Mapping, MTM, Lean
– Implement the culture of Short Interval Management in order to escalate on time every
– Ensure the efficiency of manual assembly (KPIs = KE, IE and DLP)
– Deploy best practices in assembly in order to ensure high quality products but also a safe working environment for operators.
Requirement
– Graduate from Technical University (major: electro-mechanical or plastic material)
– At least 7 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Industrialization manager desired.
– Fluent in oral and written English.
– Expert in of moulding and extrusion
– Strong understanding for electric-mechanical
– Strong understanding in Lean and production system principles
– Green Belt certified
– Understanding of financial indicators
7. SENIOR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Main responsibilities:
– Assist the ME Manager with staff the decisions to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
– Develop, motivate, and challenge employees to perform to their full potential.
– To drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction program
– Process Robustness (PFMEA, PCP, Process mapping)
– Value Stream Mapping
– Assembly Changeover
– Line & Layout Design
– Work Instruction / MI
– LADM
– MTM
– Kanban system
Requirement
– Graduate from Technical (major: electro-mechanical or plastic material)
– At least 5 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field. Minimum 3 years experience on similar position
– Fluent in oral and written English
– Proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change
– Excellent communication skills with high potential in Lean, 6 sigma, leadership, process development are required
– Extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes
