B. JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE
To develop coordinate, administrate & implement all trade & consumer promotional activities within the region/national.
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To develop and build up the concepts & mechanics of promotions regional/national promotions & modern trade activities.
- To co-ordinate with Sales/Brand team to implement and control BTL activities relating to outlets activation regional, national promotions and modern trade channels activities.
- To liaise with regional sales teams as well as Brand Managers to ensure successful implementation of promotions.
- To evaluate the promotions.
- To co-ordinate with sales to manage activation team member (ATM) and POSM using effectively in the market.
- To co-ordinate with purchasing department to develop and order POSM
3. AUTHORITIES
- Manage and control the promotion, service & POSM developing concepts.
- Manage the team of activation/promotion teams.
- Supervise third parties, agencies in executing BTL activities, trade parties or any event relating to Sales.
- Have rights to request the order of POSM and assign good suppliers in producing Sales items.

- Economic University
- Sales & marketing experience
- Negotiation & management skills
EXPERENCE
- 03 year experiences working in FMCG and in beverage industry experience.
- Sales or modern trade working experience
